Is there a security deposit?
Yes there is a security deposit; jetski rentals $1,000, pontoons $2,500. The security deposit is to motivate the user to cover any user negligence damages to the watercraft.
On the day of the rental, we require a credit card for deposit, there is no charge to the cardholder. The cardholder must be present to sign for the damage deposit and the rental agreement. The renter is responsible for any damage during the rental duration.
Where are you located?
We have two locations, Georgina and Innisfil, Ontario.
Our Innisfil location is 3999 Friday Dr., Innisfil, ON. We are located within Friday Harbour Resort, from the north parking lot closest to the water, walk along the boardwalk towards the Harbourmaster building. Keep following the boardwalk to three (3) vendors - we are the one in the middle.
Our Georgina location is 15 Mac Ave, Keswick ON L4P 4H3. We are a hidden road just after Mary Browns on the left, if you’ve hit the bridge you have gone too far. Take the road to the end of the laneway where there will be parking and a hut right on the water.
Book online or walk-ins?
We accept both. However, larger groups should book ahead or call 24 hours in advance to secure your spot with a deposit. We do our best to accommodate everyone.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from the Saturday of the Victoria Day long weekend to the evening of the Labour Day weekend in September from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
What do you offer?
We offer jet ski rentals with our Sea-doo GTi 130s and boating experiences on our Southbay Pontoons (Georgina location only) and Flyboarding lessons (by appointment).

When should I arrive for my selected rental time?
Guests are required to arrive 20 minutes before their booking to be given adequate time to complete their orientation and documents. Personal Floatation Devices (PFDs) are supplied and must be worn during the rental period.
What is your cancellation policy?
Remember this rental time is yours. If you cannot make your selected time, please contact us by phone or email, at least 48 hours before your selected time. If we do not hear from you within that time frame, you will lose your deposit.
Are sea-doos kid friendly?
Our sea-doos are great for all age. However, we require that all operators must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver’s Licence.
Do you need a boating license?
We always recommend a Boater’s Operator card. However, in the event you do not have one. We will provide you with adequate training and a temporary operating license for the duration of your rental. We want you to have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Is gas included?
Jet ski fuel is an additional cost based on usage. All rentals fuel is charged extra at the end of the trip based on usage.
Can I rent it if I can’t swim?
Yes, swimming is not a requirement, the lifejacket will keep you afloat. It is recommended that you feel comfortable on or near the water.
What are the booking requirements?
Primary renter 18+ with a credit card
Valid G or international driver's license (unless you have your boating license G1/G2)
Security deposit
Signature authorization on safety waiver
Do you provide kids life jackets?
We provide all ages. If you have your own we always recommend you bring your own for ease of comfort for children.
What is the weather policy?
We will work with you to reschedule or fully refund your deposit and cancel bookings based on weather conditions. We monitor the weather constantly and credits are provided due to weather.
What footwear should I have?
Whatever you feel comfortable in. Water shoes are recommended. Flip flops or slides may slide off, foot wells can get water in them.
Does a baby count as a passenger?
Yes, as per Transport Canada any person regardless of age and size count as a passenger. Pets do not.
If my return is late?
We try our best to not charge you late fees, but in the peak of the season our vessels are fully booked and we try to make our next customer go out on time.

Lost or stolen life jackets: $59.99
Lost or stolen D.E.S.S keys (operator key): $119.99
Lost or stolen rope: $29.99
Missing or broken plastics or compartments of any kind: $200 - $1500+
Any fibreglass damage: $250 - $1500+
Any type of intake ingestion: $350 - $1500+
Sunken ski or water-flooded engine: Full deposit
